There are numerous ways you can try to overcome gambling but the best method I have found comes from a website dedicated to helping people with gambling addictions overcome their problem.

On top of this I have found a video where two people also talk about ways to combat gambling problems. Both follow a 21 step guide to recovery and I believe both of them are very effective. The video can be found below.
